Night on the Island

‘Night on the Island’ is an abstract interpretation of the classic Pablo Neruda poem by the same title. The two contorted figures within the piece were composed using wild strokes, negative space, colors of passion and surreal formation to visually fashion a scene of love in Lanzarote.
